15,000 Likes!

The end of this year and first week of January 2013 mark 2 major landmarks in my blogging journey ~ 2 years of blogging and 15,000 Facebook Likes milestone! There will be of course a HUGE and very exciting Giveaway which will be announced in about a week’s time (there is an amazinggg *non-makeup* prize which will reach me soon!). Thank you so much for all the love, support, encouragement and enthusiasm that you’ve shown in these 2 years towards this blog. 2012 has been an eventful year for me with a lot of major life changes, not all good and happy ones but remarkable nonetheless. Its been a great year for my blog too and there is a lot to look forward to in 2013 with lots of new features, a new camera and more looks and tutorials.

The Mumbai beauty blog scene has been buzzing with news of a recent event organized by Femina magazine and Lancome Paris. The event, which was held at the The Taj Palace and Hotel, Colaba, was called ‘A Date with Beauty’.

The highlights of the event were – lecture/QnA session with Lancome Head dermatologist Dr. Varun Katyal followed by a personalized skin care consultation with Lancome experts  and makeup session with L’oreal Head Makeup Artist, Stafford Braganza. (Lancome is owned by the L’oreal Group).
