Hi everyone! I hope you all had a happy and festive Navratri! Here are some of my recent festive makeup tutorials that you can try out for Dusshera today. The first look is a glamorous festive look that I filmed in collaboration with Nykaa. I kept the eyes warm with a soft halo effect and used a deep red on the lips. I love how this turned out, especially with the pretty green suit and layered hair that the Nykaa stylists gave me!
The rest of the tutorials have been posted on my YouTube channel so if you’re a subscriber, you’ve already had a peek at all the looks. I’ve tried to cover a variety of looks ranging from golden peach and soft rosy pink to classic red & gold and my favorite, the olive green smoky eye!
Hope you’ve enjoyed my festive series so far!

Hi everyone! Today I’m doing a quick breakdown of the look featured in some of my reviews lately. Many of you had questions about the products I used to create this warm brown and peach look, so I thought I’d do a blog post on it. I love doing all warm looks, they look really flattering and look great on a lot of skin tones! These kind of shades are quite common along a lot of brands as well so its not too difficult to recreate this even if you don’t have the exact same products that I’ve used here.
I love warm tones in my makeup and there’s no better time than summer to bring out those peaches, corals and earthy brick tones. Today’s makeup look is inspired by one of my favorite eye shadows – Makeup Geek Cosmopolitan, which is a gorgeous golden coral color with a pearl finish. I’ve used it to create a soft warm eye which I then paired with a bronzed coral cheek and a warm terracotta lip! I love how this look turned out. Read on to see the full list of products used for this look.
I’ve been testing out some new products recently and I thought I’ll show you a quick look I created using these. Most of the new products I’m testing are from Chambor. And then I have an interesting cheek trio from Freedom which is fantastic! This makeup looks quite put together but it took me just about 10 minutes or so to apply! That’s the power of a red lip and glowy skin – it instantly makes you look fresh and polished!
I’ve been loving neutral looks lately and one of my favorite recent looks (worn in the Avene review video) is this warm neutral, natural look. I used soft shimmery chocolatey neutrals for the eyes from the I Heart Chocolate palette by Makeup Revolution which is one of the best budget neutral eye shadow palettes I’ve tried. For the cheeks, I once again used a palette by Makeup Revolution to create a luminous, softly bronzed look. And to finish off the look, I chose a dusty peach lipstick by Faces which added just the right amount of color to my face. I think this is a universally flattering look and one that works across occasions!
