Hey everyone!
Recently a classmate of mine came to me for help regarding a basic makeup kit. She has normal (dry in winters) skin, dusky complexion and a problem of under eye pigmentation. She wanted suggestions for assembling a basic makeup kit on a budget, something that would fit her everyday as well occasional party needs.
Since this was her first foray into makeup(apart from kajal), I suggested shades that would flatter her dusky complexion and look natural while adding a bit of color.
