I’ve been trying out colored contacts from a Korean brand called O-Lens (available in India HERE) and since Green is my favorite color after soft browns, I thought I’d show you a party smoky eye look using the Jenith-3 Green lenses. Plum and Burgundy shades complement Green and hence make the color stand out more. These shades work beautifully with Indian complexions so if you’d like to start with colored lenses, I’d recommend Green lenses!

The festive season is going to start soon and I have an easy festive look to share. I created an Olive gold smoky eye using minimal products and paired this eye with a subtle glossy pink lip. The look is quite easy to do and a nice break from the traditional gold, bronze and copper shades that one associates with the festive season. All the products used in this video are available at Nykaa.com and you can get some great discounts during the Freedom Sale. Don’t forget to check out the product links below!
Today I am reviewing the Lakme Eyeconic Kajal in Green which you might recall from my Green Smoky Eyes Tutorial. Lakme Eyeconic is the only kajal I’ve repurchased and I was quite excited when they came out with colored variants some time last year. I’ve also used the Brown version but I think the Green one is much closer to the original black formula.
Today I have a colorful makeup tutorial for you – an intense green smoky eye paired with a peachy lip. I have used a beautiful green eye pencil from Lakme and paired it with Makeup Geek Envy eye shadow to create this rich and dark green eye makeup. I think green looks really pretty on brown eyes and I love how this eye makeup turned out!
I would however suggest you try a peach/coral blush instead of the very bronze one I used. I got my NYX order delivery while filming this video and instead of using MAC Melba, I used NYX Pecan which I think clashes a bit with the lip color.

For Day 2 of my September Daily Look Challenge, I have a shimmery smoky green look that I created using the Sleek Garden of Eden Palette. I have also created a tutorial for this look which you can watch here or embedded below –
I don’t do green eye makeup often but when I do, I love pairing a peach/coral cheek and lip with it! What do you think of this look? Let me know in the comments below or on the video on Youtube.
