Maybelline’s Color Tattoo eye shadows were an instant hit when they launched last year. I liked them but they didn’t work as well for my oily lids as well as wear time was concerned. But I do love the shades, the texture and the price! Today I’m reviewing the shade Bold Gold from this range.

This is a look I tried today to test-drive some Ellis Faas products I received recently. I’ve done a very simple and clean Taupe eye with with a burnished pink cheek and a natural red lip. Ellis Faas is a European makeup brand founded by makeup-artist Ellis Faas and has a unique sleek pen packaging for all the products.
