Wedding Inspired Makeup Looks | VIDEO

Hi everyone! Wedding looks are always so much fun to create and I partnered with Nykaa to create two beautiful wedding inspired looks. The first look is a Royal Wedding look where I’ve done a soft golden brown eye paired with a deep wine lip. I loved the green anarkali and the temple jewellery that the stylist arranged for this look at the shoot. This is a timeless look that can be worn by anyone, whether you are the bride yourself or just a wedding guest. The second one is a completely different look and I explored a cooler color palette for this Reception look. The focus of the look is the eye makeup, wherein I used a sparkly pigment to create an evening eye that is bold and striking! Hope you enjoy both these videos.

Nykaa Matteilicious Lip Crayons – Swatches

Hi everyone! Nykaa has just launched the Matteilicious Lip Crayons – matte lip crayons with a comfortable, long wear formula. They come with their own sharpener and these are priced at Rs 650. The creamy formula has a true matte finish that is somewhat forgiving on the lips but I would still recommend buffing and moisturizing your lips before application. The staying power is excellent and even the lighter colors stay for a good 4-5 hours. There are currently 4 shades in the range, I’ve swatched them below.

What do you think? Any of these shades catch your eye?

Bobbi Brown Beach Perfume - Review

I’m a big fan of Bobbi Brown, the brand and the lady herself. Beach is the only perfume in the brand portfolio, inspired by Bobbi’s favorite place (the beach, of course!), I knew it had to special. Before I tell you what this actually smells like, let me tell you what it doesn’t smell like. This isn’t a typical summer/beach/tropical scent. It doesn’t smell aquatic or ozonic or fruity like other scents in this genre. The notes are very few and very simple but the combination is lovely! When I first smelled it, I thought was very earthy, fresh and clean, and very unexpected in the way that its not very perfume-y, it that makes sense! The notes listed on the website are sand jasmine, sea spray, and mandarin and while its hard to pin point the exact notes when you sniff it, it definitely has that saltiness that reminds one of the ocean.
