You might recall my cherryculture.com haul where I picked out a few NYX products. One of them was this gorgeous orange pigment – shade Rust which I used here to create a very festive look featuring a metallic, shimmery orange eye. I paired this eye makeup with a peachy lip and glowy skin. This look will go perfectly with red, orange, yellow, peach and coral colored saris and outfits. I also like this look is great for brides (for one of the smaller functions like sangeet etc.) to pair with an outfit in the shades mentioned above!

I wore a soft spring inspired look in my Giveaway Announcement video yesterday and many of you liked my makeup! Here is a quick breakdown of the products I used to create this look – including the headband which got a lot of attention :P. I used soft warm neutrals for the eyes, a subtle pink for the lips and kept things understated and sheer. I used a cream eye shadow to get the wash of soft bronzy gold on the eyes, a dusty peach blush and a soft pink lipstick to complete the look.
My latest tutorial is a neutral look featuring a shimmery chocolate eye and a glossy neutral lip! I love doing colorful looks (especially brighter lips) but this is a classic, timeless look that you can wear with any outfit, for any occasion! Hope you enjoy the video!
Today I have a colorful makeup tutorial for you – an intense green smoky eye paired with a peachy lip. I have used a beautiful green eye pencil from Lakme and paired it with Makeup Geek Envy eye shadow to create this rich and dark green eye makeup. I think green looks really pretty on brown eyes and I love how this eye makeup turned out!
I would however suggest you try a peach/coral blush instead of the very bronze one I used. I got my NYX order delivery while filming this video and instead of using MAC Melba, I used NYX Pecan which I think clashes a bit with the lip color.

I received the Coastal Scents Revealed 3 palette (swatched here) yesterday and quickly put this look together to test the eye shadows. I love purple eye shadows and there are a couple of those in the this palette. I used the most vibrant purples blended out with the berry and matte brown shades for this look. I paired the purple eyes with a soft pink lip and understated cheeks.
