I recently attended the Launch Event of Dove’s new range for damaged hair – the Intense Repair range with Keratin actives. Speaking at the event, the brand’s hair specialist Dr.Rashmi and the brand Manager Saumya talked about how this range was formulated to treat the most extreme forms of damage at the smallest level.

The Lakmé Salon at Lakmé Fashion Week is located at the area called ‘The Source’. This is where all the designers put up their stalls with their season collections. The Talent Box shows also happen here. The ramp area gets crowded during the show timings but the Lakmé Salon is buzzing with activity throughout the day!

You can get free nail art as well as hair cut/blow dry at the Lakmé Salon during any of the 5 days of the Fashion Week with prior appointment, you can also purchase Lakmé or Tigi products here. This time the Nail Art station looked a little more advanced than last year with more colors and designs on display so I decided to get a slightly more complex design that I’ve ever done before!

The last day of Lakme Fashion Week Summer Resort 2013 started off with a pastel bubble gum lip look for Outhouse and ended with the Grand Finale with the Poptints collection by Namrata Joshipura.
