Hi everyone! Today I’m reviewing the new Vaseline Intensive Care Spray Moisturizer which I bought from Nykaa a few weeks back during their sale. Vaseline is a brand that is very nostalgic for me as I remember going through many bottles of their body lotions back when I was in college. In recent years, I have been more drawn to brands like The Body Shop and Forest Essentials for body care products but when I saw the new Vaseline spray moisturizers, I had to give it a try! I hadn’t loved their cocoa body lotion previously (very thick, didn’t love the smell), I decided to try the classic Deep Restore version of the spray moisturizer.
Also available in Cocoa Radiant variant.
The USP of this product is of course, the spray mechanism. Unlike regular pumps which most body lotions have, this gives out a steady, continuous spray of a thin, watery lotion. You’re supposed to use it as a distance of about 4 inches from the skin, spray evenly and then use your hands to rub/massage the moisturizer into the skin. I love the mild scent of this variant and the light weight formula. It absorbs very quickly into the skin, without any greasiness and provides sufficient moisture for normal to mildly dry skin. I wouldn’t recommend this for people with very dry skin because its just not rich enough. While I do love this, mostly for the ease-of-use and the quick absorption of the moisturizer, it’s definitely not something I would use when my skin is very dry. The spray mechanism does make this very unique though and if you don’t have very dry skin, you can definitely this a go! You can buy this online at Amazon.in or Nykaa.com.
