Clean & Clear Pimple Clearing Face Wash – Review

The face wash comes in a transparent tube packaging a with flip open cap. The tube contains a thick, pale green gel wash that lathers gently with water. The product contains extracts of neem and lemon that help treat and clear up pimples.

When I tried this face wash, I (fortunately!) did not have active breakouts so I can’t comment on how well it works on pimples. What I did really like about it is that it’s quite gentle and doesn’t dry out the skin. Previously, I had tried the Morning Energy face washes from Clean & Clear which were very refreshing but a little drying for my skin. This one on the other hand is very mild yet cleanses well leaving the skin soft and supple. It contains Glycerin as one of the top ingredients which helps prevent dryness and it doesn’t contain SLS or SLES which are lathering agents that could cause dryness.

The face wash has mild, fresh fragrance which I find quite pleasant. Its overall an excellent face wash that does a good job of cleansing without causing dryness. With its affordable price tag, this is a great option for young teens and ladies on a budget!

Well reviewed Ankita! I used morning energy which dried out my combination skin horribly 🙁 Would love to try this one if I face breakout issues in summer 🙂

Even I have tried the Clean & Clear morning energy face wash earlier. It made my skin dry and I stopped using it. But this one sounds good!

I always expect a citrusy burst coming out of these face washes but was disappointed so far. The packaging is so pretty though
