Avene Cleanance Gel Review
The Avene Cleanance Gel comes in a transparent bottle with a unique cap that twists to reveal a small opening for dispensing the product. The blue colored gel is quite runny and you need a tiny amount for each wash so one needs to be careful while dispensing it from the bottle. Its a soap free cleanser to it doesn’t foam heavily, just produces a gentle lather with water. It cleanses the skin well taking off any makeup residue, excess oil and dirt and leaves the skin feeling cleansed and refreshed. It doesn’t dry out the skin at all and doesn’t leave the skin feeling too matte or stretchy.
The best thing though is that it really helps in getting rid of breakouts. I had a small army of tiny breakouts till a couple of days back but they’ve cleared out with a few days of regular use. It has a very mild fragrance which I find gentle and soothing. Considering how little you need for each wash, the 200 ml bottle will easily last a couple of months. If you have very problematic skin, I would recommend trying the Avene Cleanance Mask as well!
Overall, its an excellent product for acne prone skin that helps clear up breakouts without drying up the skin. Highly recommended!
