Za True White Liquid Foundation : First Impressions

Hey everyone!

There was a lot of curiosity around the new Za True White Liquid Foundation when I put up the press release post so I thought I’ll do a quick first impressions post. I have been using this foundation the past week and here are my initial thoughts on the foundation :

Packaging : Glass Bottle, comes with a pump dispenser inside

Texture/Blendability : Slightly thick fluid but easy to blend

Coverage : Medium coverage

Finish : Longevity : Long wearing (the real test would be in the summers though!)

Best Suited For : All skin types

My Shade : OC30 – slightly light for me but the undertone matches. Available in 6 shades (they created custom shades for Indian skin)

The finish is slightly dewy but if you have dry skin, you do need to moisturize well before hand. A little powder is also needed in the T-zone else the skin gets a little oily after a few hours. I want to test it out a little more before the full review. I have worn this foundation in this look, in case you want to see how it looks on my skin.

Hope you had a good weekend!

  1. Is OC30 the darkest shade available? Cos the other shades in this range are OC10, OC20 and I remember one more but that might be pinkish tones. So can't make out if OC30 is the darkest or lightest.

  2. I am using OC30 and it is a bit darker but I use a lighter powder on top so it works, hey is it medium coverage? cause it is really sheer on me and doesn’t do much for my freckles:/

I must have really bad skin as nothing hides those blemishes other than Kryolan dermacolor camouflage cream

  3. so u applied this with RT expert face brush.. Well i use RT buffing brush to apply liquid foundations in stippling motion… & works really well… Thanks to you … 🙂 🙂
