My take on the  Product

I love black liners and always find felt liners really easy to use. When I spotted the Blackbuster liner online, I was really excited to try it out. The liner comes in a fat marker pen style packaging. Love the gold accents on the packaging! The felt tip of the liner is thick but has a reasonably fine point and has sufficient stiffness for controlled easy application. The liner applies fairly black when swatched on the hand but needs 2 layers on the eyes to get a deep black color. Even with layering, I don’t feel it matches up to the richness of a gel liner. The liner dries quickly and has a satiny glossy finish.

While the color pay off didnt wow me, I was quite pleased with the staying power of the liner. It lives up to its claim of 8 hour wear, doesn’t smudge or flake off during this period and does not transfer to the socket line either. I tested the last part quite thoroughly by using a little extra eye cream on my lids (thus making the lids oilier) and yet the liner did not transfer or smudge! The liner is not waterproof and comes off easily with water. A water resistant formula would have been nicer but felt tip liners rarely are. Overall, I’m quite happy with the liner though I wish it was a little richer and darker in color. If you like wearing thicker liner and dont mind layering a bit to get a deeper black color, you would enjoy using this liner!

Hello Ankita.. is there any specific points to keep in mind while choosing a colour combination for eyeshadows?
Can I use Mac paint pot Indian wood as base and eyeshadow amber lights together?
If you can do a tutorial on how to choose the color combinations for eyeshadow. ..it would be great! 🙂 thank you.
