 My take on the Product

It comes in the slim yellow tube – the signature Colossal range packaging but with a flash of turquoise at the bottom of the tube. Its a twist up liner, doesn’t require sharpening and hence no product wastage! The texture is soft, almost crumbly so the tip might break if you use too much pressure. When I swatched this for the first time, the tip broke so I’ve been careful to use it gently since then. The turquoise color is absolutely beautiful – a vibrant true turquoise with a sheen that makes dark eyes pop! You need a couple of swipes to get intense color on the eyes but since the texture is really smooth, there is no tugging. Once applied, it sets into a waterproof, smudge-proof finish and stays on quite well. I’ve worn this for a maximum of 9 hours on my waterline and there was only slight fading at the corners, the rest of it stayed on very well. Overall, the formula is quite great, especially the staying power and it lives up to what I’ve come to expect from the colossal range! My only gripe would be the crumbly texture, if it was a little firmer, it would be perfect!

    Hello Ankita,

I recently started viewing your website and loved the tutorials. Thanks for sharing the various product reviews.

I wear make up occasionally and apply very light make up daily for office. Regularly I use Kajal and liner. Can you please give tips / tutorial on how to cleanse the face to remove all the traces of makeup – specially the eye area – which cleanser is good?. And also how to keep the make up brushes clean.

    Thanks,
    Kalyani
