Hey everyone!
Last week I had posted a look inspired by the simple, college-wear makeup seen on Alia Bhatt in her recent movie ‘2 States’. Since so many of you requested a tutorial, here it is! I think the look is really clean, wearable and being kajal centric – something most Indian girls will be comfortable with! Hope you like the video!

Hie ankita.. thanks for the video I really loved the movie her look is very natural and kohl eyes was a staple in all her looks…I have question about the concealer can I use the same clinique concealer all over my face instead of jus applying it in the under eye region ..thanks π
Hi Sharifa, because its quite pigmented, it might not look very flattering all over the face. Just use it in the smaller regions where you need it and it should work.
My go to look all the time! It looks great with everything. You look so fresh and youthful in this look π
Lovely!!! I so want to try this out π

can you suggest the best lipstick or a gloss for a dark skinned college goer like me. .thank you
Hi Varsha, I really like Maybelline Colorsensational lip gloss in Plumtastic. I wore it a lot during college and I think it'll look good on dusky skin too!
cool ;)thank you ankita. . can you tell me other pink lipsticks that would not wash out my skin tone. . cuz i tried mac mocha. .but it was too light for me. . n i thought you might help me out. . hey and i really need to thank you a lot!! i am new to your blog and your response seems to be real quick π
Hey Varsha, try MAC Brick-o-la instead. It looks great on medium to dusky complexions! I like MAC Retro too – its a bit darker than Mocha so shouldn't wash you out!
thank you so much ankita..so sweet of you π
