How was your week? Here are this week’s most loved products featuring Olay, L’Oreal Paris, MAC and NYX.
Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Night Cream
I’ve recently started using this when my Lakme Youth Infinity Night cream got over and its amazing! The texture is lighter than the Lakme one but its just as moisturizing if not more and my skin is feeling a lot softer and smoother – right from the first application. Full review coming up in a few weeks once I’ve had the chance to use it for some more time.
L’Oreal Paris Shine Caresse : Lolita
I’ve raved about the L’Oreal Paris Shine Caresse in shade Bella plenty in my previous posts. I couldn’t resist picking another shade, the formula is just too good! Lolita is a warm nude that stains the lips a soft coral shade. I absolutely love the color – its understated but not too nude and pairs really well with bolder eye makeup as well.
MAC Romp eye shadow
This has been my go-to eye shadow past few days. I’ve also used it in my most recent Video tutorial (Deepika Padukone Harper’s Bazaar makeup). Its an olive-gold color with a veluxe pearl finish, a beautiful soft metallic. You can wear it alone or smoked out with a darker color – its looks stunning no matter how you wear it. I think its a MUST-HAVE for Indian complexions. The formula is excellent – soft texture, intense color pay off and good wear time.
NYX Butter Gloss : Peach Cobbler
I’ve been really into warmer lip colors this week and this is my favorite if I want a little color on the lips. The formula is so rich and emollient yet completely non-sticky. It gives enough color to even out my pigmented lips but still has a little translucence that gives it a fresh, juicy feel. The wear time is fairly good for a gloss and I love how hydrating it is! Swatched HERE.
