Even Better Concealer can be applied under or over foundation, or used alone to conceal targeted dark spots, and also hide under eye circles.  To cover dark circles, choose a shade that’s slightly lighter than your natural skin tone.  Start with a small amount and apply with a finger or concealer brush and gently pat under the eye area, building coverage as needed.
