My take on the Product

These facial mists by Oilcraft Naturals come in a simple packaging – transparent bottle with a spray mechanism on top. For a facial mist, its very important that spray is easy and effortless to work with, unlike the Fab India mists which have a stiff spray pump. Thankfully these mists do well in that aspect. The spray dispenses the rose/mogra water in a fine mist and with a little pressure.

The facial mists are beautifully scented with the scent of Indian rose and Mogra and is a delight to use them. The scent is not overpowering and fades away pretty quickly. The formula is quite light and refreshing, they don’t leave behind any greasy after feel on the skin and get absorbed fully. They are lightly moisturizing though not a substitute for moisturizer. Apart from just refreshing the face, these are quite useful as toners. You don’t have to bother with cotton etc., one can just spray these after cleansing the face and they prep the skin for moisturizer. They also give a lovely dewiness to the skin. I also like using these to dampen my foundation brush and the skin for better blending of liquid foundation.

I actually keep both of these at my desk an generally use them multiple time a days for just refreshing the skin and the senses. I’m generally a fan of the rose scent but in this case, I have to say I prefer the Mogra one more. Not that the rose variant isn’t lovely but I prefer the Mogra one more.

I absolutely love these mists and I think one gets a huge quantity and an excellent product for the price! If you like face mists, do give these a try! Their range also has the Panchpushp variant.

  1. hi ankita…these mists look great. so wonderful u discover new brands and share them with us.

hey ankita, i always wonder what exactly is the purpose of mists and toners (alchohol free)?

  2. Nice review Ankita. But what exactly is the purpose of face mist. I mean doesn’t it remove make up if you use it during the day? I am not really sure why I should get one face mist 🙁 . Basically, I don’t understand its usage and advantage.

    1. Hi Deepti,
You can use it as toner, you can use it to refresh your face anytime during the day – esp when the skin gets a little dry. And you can spray it all over face before foundation for better blending.

  3. Nice product but online shopping from their website is a pain..charge hefty shipping charges..I think they are new now and will need some time to simplify there processes

    1. I live in mumbai and i was charged some 60 odd rupees for freight on actuals. It wasnt hefty at all. It was totally easy to get my hands on the product. I highly recommend that you should do too.

  4. what a lovely product Ankita.Totally loved the effect it has on my skin. Leaves it fresh and dewy like the mornings. Loved the fact that these are steam distilled which means just flowers distilled in water. The online buying was easy. They charged me nominal shipping charges and yes u are right the quantity is real value for money!
