Hey everyone! Today I’m reviewing a gorgeous pink blush from MAC’s newest launch- the Office Hours collection.

My take on the Product
MAC Pro long wear blushes come in the regular MAC packaging – round pan housed in a simple black casing with a transparent lid.
The blush is soft and smooth in texture but not at all powdery. It has good pigmentation, I typically need 2 gentle swipes to get healthy color on my cheeks. It blends easily though I’d recommend you work quickly with these otherwise they sort of ‘set’ onto the skin. I noticed this when I swatched the blush for taking pictures. The swatch wouldn’t budge when I tried to blend it with my finger after about 2-3 minutes of application. It didn’t budge when I ran it under water as well unless I rubbed vigorously or used soap. In this way, the Pro Longwear blushes are definitely long stay! I wore it on my cheeks for 9.5 hours with excellent results – there was some fading but the color was still there, without any patchiness. Overall, I love the formula especially the staying power!

The shade Whole Lotta Love is a vivid warm raspberry pink shade with a matte finish.My first thoughts were that it might be similar to Fleur Power or Dollymix but its very different from both. The color is quite bright in the pan but on the skin, it looks very natural. Its the perfect color to get a rosy flush on the cheeks! Warm pinks are always more flattering than cool toned ones on Indian skin and that is why this one look so pretty and natural. I’d definitely recommend this shade to everyone, even though I’ve worn it just twice, its already one of my favorite brightening blushes! (See other brightening blushes I recommend for Indian skin)

The GOOD about MAC Office Hours Pro Longwear Blush :
- Sturdy packaging with transparent lid
- Soft, smooth texture
- No powderiness
- Good pigmentation, not overly pigmented
- Blends easily (within 2 min of application)
- Excellent staying powder (8+ hours)
- Gorgeous shade (Whole Lotta Love) for natural, healthy flush
The NOT-SO-GOOD about MAC Office Hours Pro Longwear Blush :
- Limited Edition!
Overall Verdict
Except for the fact that its a Limited Edition product, I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful blush! Whole Lotta Love is a warm raspberry pink with a matte finish. The formula is excellent and wears exceptionally well (8+ hours). It has made its way to one of my favorite blushes and if you’re a fan of warm pink blushes like me, I’d recommend you pick this up before it gets sold out!

Looks great on you , a dupe could be Jordana blush in sandalwood..though much less in pigmentation.when compared with MAC.

hey Parita, Fleur Power is much lighter, softer. This one is more vivid, has more pigment.

ankita, did u test the staying power without any base or with a base? i usually dont wear foundation or primer…how long would it stay on my oily skin?
Hi Jyoti, I tested it over MAC Face and Body Foundation. Its pretty sheer. I don’t wear blushes without a base or BB cream since I need a little coverage on the cheeks or the color of the blush highlights my red spots/blemishes. I think it should last at least 6 hours on oily skin/without base, just making a conservative estimate – it might stay as long as 9 hours too.
