1. Revlon Photoready Primer (Rs 1200) : From the reviews I’ve read, these are supposed to be quite good for oily skin. Can’t wait to try the lavender tinted one out!

2. L’Oreal Color Riche Lipstick Tender Pink (Rs 785) : I love the Color Riche formula and this shade is a gorgeous dusty rose that make a fabulous everyday pink for Indian skin tones!

3. Revlon Colorburst Lipgloss Bordeaux (Rs 500) : I really like the Colorburst lip glosses and this shade is a lovely berry-wine shade, I love this color family of shades!

4. Inglot Slim gel lipstick no. 59 (Rs 680) : Its hot pink, its glossy, moisturizing and super-pigmented!  I regret not picking it up at the store when I swatched it, it has haunted me ever since!

5. Bourjois Colorissimo Lip Palette (Rs 775) : Bourjois lipsticks are great and these palettes look quick handy for travel. Wish they were available in more shade combinations though!

6. Zoya Mitzi Nail Polish (Rs 500) : I don’t own a single Zoya nail paint and I’ve wanted this one for so long but its always out of stock. Its a gorgeous chartreuse shade with a matte finish, so unique!

Beauty Wishlist : 7-Illamasqua Blush S.O.P.H.I.E, 8-MAC blush Pinch Me, 9- MAC eye shadow Bronze, 10- MAC Lipstick Hot Tahiti

 7. Illamasqua Blush S.O.P.H.I.E (£18.00 = Rs 1600) : I love Illamasqua Blushes! S.O.P.H.I.E is part of the A/W 2012 range, I think the description “GOLDEN CORAL SHIMMER” says why I want this so much! Have a closer look at it HERE.

8. MAC blush Pinch Me (Rs 1350) : Pinch me is a pretty rose coral shade, perfect for a soft whisper of color on the cheeks. I love the everyday wear shade range from MAC – Melba is my current favorite and I think it needs a rosier companion!

9. MAC eye shadow Bronze (Rs 720 for refill pan) : True to its name, its a lovely bronze shade with silky smooth texture and superb pigmentation, every neutral-eye shadow lover needs this!

10. MAC lipstick Hot Tahiti (Rs 990) : Its a soft reddish coral shade in glaze finish. I mean to buy it everytime I go to MAC and then get distracted by something else!

What shades will your Dream eye shadow palette contain?

  1. I really want the Urban Decay Naked palette. I almost got it, but there was a problem with the seller and I had to cancel my order.

I also want a few more Dior quints. I have Stylish Move and I love it! Guerlain bronzers are also on my list.

    1. Some of the Guerlain Bronzers are so gorgeous, if I had one I wouldnt feel like using it to preserve the pattern! I hope you pick up UD Naked palette soon!

  2. Oooh Hot Tahiti looks interesting, please do review it once you purchase it!

    My wish list:

Kiehl’s corrective anti dark spot solution
Have heard this works wonders in brightening the complexion but I’m still umming and ahhing due to the price

    Sleek blushes and eyeshadow palettes
According to the online community the pigmentation is superb, need to research more about lasting power though…
I would also like to buy Urban Decay’s Naked but I wonder if
it’s worth the price? Also, for a duskier skin tone, would it be unwise to buy Naked 2?

MAC Retro and Good To Be Bad
I have loved the look of these ever since you reviewed them – I’d like to try Retro as a neutral as my complexion is on the deeper side. Good To Be Bad just looked gorgeous!

    1. I will definitely review Hot Tahiti whenever I pick it up!

I would recommend the Kieh’s corrective anti dark spot solution, it did brighten up my skin, yes its quite expensive so I’d recommend using a small amount at a time. I used way too much and mine got over quite quickly!

I’ve tried Sleek Blush by 3 in Flame, it is GORGEOUS! esp if you’re into brighter blush shades. Yet to try the single blushes. The palettes are nice, I have 2 but haven’t tested them for wear time yet.

I think the shades in UD Naked 1 and 2 are similar, not all but quite a few. I personally liked 1 more and thats the one I picked up.

Retro is fabulous, you should get it 🙂 Good to be Bad is lovely too, its my Mum’s so haven’t worn it since I was home earlier this year but I loved the texture!

  3. I have Revlon Photoready Primer & as you said its damn good for oilies but my dry skin too love it for the tiny amount of moisturisation it provides & form a foolproof base for the foundation or my TM

    1. I am going to review Crosswires soon, love the shade but the formula is a little drying and gets patchy on fading 🙁

  4. OOO I’d love a couple of Illamasqua blushes too! They’re just SO painfully unavailable here (some items are on ASOS for a marked-up price, but a lot of them aren’t)! I try not to make a wish list, because that makes life too miserable LOL

    1. I love Illamasqua blushes, Hussy is gorgeous! You can order from the Illamasqua website, they ship internationally, thats how I get it. But they have a painfully high shipping rate to India! I love making wishlists, keeps me organized I think when it comes to beauty shopping 😛

  5. mostly clinique goodies. superbalm in raspberry, chubby sticks in almost all colors, long wear gloss, quick liners for eyes in a few colors. plzz plzz do a review on superbalm and long last gloss wear.

    physician’s formula 100 % natural mascara.

bobbi brown gel liner caviar ink, bb lip treatment shine, desert rose pallete, mini brush set.

bare minerals matte foundation in medium beige and the amazingly cute looking brushes on its website.

mac – technakohl auto de blue, prolong wear concealer. prolong wear lip creme in soft sell and positively dashing.

lancome lip glosses (ones with good pigmentation. not juicy tubes. forgot the name..la laque..)

h2o plus – milk body lotion, body scrub black one. waterwhite eye cream.

forest essentials – ubtans and talcum powders.

    loccitane – everything !

    money? – 😀 😀 hehe!

  6. I had a sneak peak at Night Treatment Cream Sandalwood & Saffron by forest essentials some time back at one of their newly opened outlets in Pune and I’ve wanted it so badly since then. I’m not getting it yet because night creams are not only heavy on pocket but also tend to claim a lot and turn out flop most of the times 🙁
I’ve blown money on everything from Kaya to bodyshop(I tried their seaweed range and didn’t see any diff). I bought vitamin C capsules last year from body shop worth rs 1300/- and I do not see any much improvement in my skin. Even if there is any difference, it’s definitely not worth the price.

  7. Hey.. My skin type is oily and I’ve acne marks and blemishes all over my face. Acne marks are not too deep pitted but they are still significant enough to make my skin look ugly.. ;(

    1. Then you should try something from either Vichy or La Roche Posay. They have a lot of products specifically for this type of skin. I have the same type of skin and Vichy Normaderm Nuit Chrono-active Anti-Imperfection Care made a lot of difference to my skin! You should definitely give it a try. The acne marks got reduced and so did the appearance of the pores, the overall texture of my skin improved a lot!

    2. And La Roche Posay has the whole Effaclar range which works great at clearing and preventing blemishes. I am currently using the Effaclar Duo 2 times a day and I can already begin to see the texture and tone improving.
