I just came back from the Colorbar Mumbai Bloggers Meet and I’ve got a few swatches of some amazing new Colorbar launches for you!
Colorbar had launched the Creme Touch lipstick (Candy Rose reviewed HERE) and the Take me As I am lip color (Sensuous Red reviewed HERE) and now they have 2 more lovely lip products – the Perfect Pout lip gloss (Swatched in this post) and the Liquid lip colors (not sure of the name, swatches coming up).

New Colorbar Perfect Pout Lip Gloss
These are basically sheer, light-weight, moisturizing lip glosses that are absolute non-sticky and do give a bit of plumping effect without any tingling. I tried on the shade Scandal at the Meet and its still on my lips, its such a beautiful shade and it feels amazing on the lips! Check swatches of 4 shades below :
- Playful : Creamy coral with fine shimmer
- Brazen : Milky warm pink
- Whisper : Soft peachy Nude
- Scandal : Sheer Raspberry Red with subtle shimmer (I love this one!)

These look so beautiful paired over a lipstick but can be worn alone too for a natural, fresh look. I was wearing Oh My Magenta from the Colorbar Velvet Matte range for the event and I tried out Scandal (no. 4) over it, it looked gorgeous! There are 4 more shades in this range but I didn’t see them at the event. Which shade would you like to pick?

Oooohhh that’s interesting I would never have thought to put a red gloss over a magenta lipstick… But since you say it turned out gorgeous I might give it a try! (Although I must bear in mind that all lip colours look gorgeous on you!)

I just picked up Scandal!
I liked playful a lot!
Its a nice warm shade for Indian skins, for duskier complexions, it great to layer over a neutral brown lipstick!
I hope they justify the price.. 550 is expensive for lip gloss
