Previously, I have reviewed the shades Coral Pink and Fresh Rose from the Valentine specials range. You can check the previous reviews for a detailed breakdown of the lipstick formula. Summarizing from previous reviews :
Avon Simply Pretty lipsticks are a godsent for the beauty on a budget! The packaging is tacky but the formula is quite good. The 4 Valentine special shades have the letters LOVE embossed on the bullet of the lipstick. These are smooth and creamy in texture, superbly pigmented and while they are not particular moisturizing, they aren’t drying either. The color glides over the lips without tugging and does not bleed/feather as it wears. Some shades may settle into fine lines but I did not face this issue with Cherry Red. These are an incredible bargain and have some really fabulous shades. My favorites include Mango Mania, Rich Terracotta, Sangria, Truffle and the latest addition ~ Cherry Red!
Cherry Red is gorgeous blue based red that applies with a satin finish and stays for a good 5-6 hours on my lips leaving a pink stain behind. I love reds especially blue toned reds and this one is just beautiful! The texture is really good and quite unbelievable at this price! Its a red that’ll suit all skin tones. If you’re looking for an affordable beautiful red, you should definitely go for this one!

Really nice shade, Ankita. The only grudge I have against Avon is their products aren’t available online and I don’t know anyone in Pune who sells Avon products :’(

Ohh Ankita, i got this one coz i did nt have a red lipstick!! nt disappointed at all…. am a big Avon fan and hv tried most of their colorbliss lipsticks..i have the ones u reviewed bef too
i used it once just to see hw it looks…will have to apply only one swipe i guess…its very pigmented!!
