Here’s the first edition of my new feature Budget Mondays and today I’m reviewing a beautiful turquoise blue eye shadow from Colorbar ~ Flirt. It is one of the new shades from the Colorbar’s eye shadow range.

Flirt is a vibrant turquoise blue eye shadow with shimmery pearl finish. It contains turquoise shimmer which I feel is slightly gritty and could have been finer. The shade is just gorgeous and looks very fresh and vibrant on the eyes. It is the perfect summer shade and I think would look great smoked out with a dark grey or black as well. While the color is beautiful, I found the texture slightly dry compared to the other Colorbar eye shadow I’ve tried (Spicy Brown) though the pigmentation is great. It blended fairly well with a bit of work and stayed on well on the lids too(tested for 6+ hours without primer). There is minimal fall out during application. I think the only thing that can be improved upon is the texture – a slightly smoother formula would make this absolutely perfect!
