A shimmery midnight blue looks great on all skin tones. I love my greens and purples more than other shades when it comes to eye shadows but I do love a great midnight blue! Today I’m reviewing the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Eye shadow in All Night Blue which is a part of the Cannes 2012 Special L’Or Electric Collection.
Price : Rs 450 for 3.5 g
I’ve have reviewed the shade Forever Pink from this range HERE. Summarizing from previous review :
L’oreal Infallible Mono eye shadows are loosely compacted eye shadows that are soft in texture, superbly pigmented and blend like a dream to stay on the lids for a good 12+ hours without primer. The packaging is not the most convenient to use and the powder has a slight aggregation to it but overall, its is a fabulous product!
The shade All Night blue is a gorgeous Iridescent Midnight Blue that makes an excellent shadow for a smokey eye and can be used as liner as well. It looks beautiful against brown eyes and I think will look great on grey/blue eyes as well. What I like about this shade is its vibrancy, some darker blues tend to have a blackened base but this one doesn’t. Its a true deep blue, not a very unique shade but definitely a beautiful one.
Possible dupes : Inglot 428 Pearl, Bourjois Ombre Stretch Bleu Nuit Irise, MAC Deep Truth
The shade can be worn alone with kohl and mascara and it gives a sultry, mysterious look to the eyes. I would recommend this shade to everyone, its one of the prettiest deep blues I have come across.
