Today I’m sharing a simple bright lips summery look which I really like! I’ve predominantly used Maybelline products on face/lips along with Urban Decay Naked palette for the eyes. I generally pair cools and warms together but with this I’ve played around a bit. Soft smokey bronze eyes with warm fuchsia pink on the lips and peachy pink on the cheeks, I really liked the overall effect and hope you like it too! Do drop your comments below!

My first thoughts? It looks lovely in the pot, its slick and smooth in texture but it contains more shimmer than I like. The color is sheer and if you layer it too much, the shimmer looks too obvious. Best for sheer wash of color + highlighting. I do like how its giving my cheeks a soft natural glow! Yet to test it for wear, review will be up soon!
Products used for the lips :
- Maybelline Colorsensational High shine lipstick : Fruit Punch
The High shine lipsticks have been launched by Maybelline some time back. I spotted 4 shades at the counter I went to and this was the brightest of them all. There other shades include a sheer plum shade, a coral and a soft pink. I love love LOVE the shade and the glossy finish. The shade is so beautiful, it brightens up the face and shimmer/gloss adds a bit of glamour. I’ll be reviewing it soon.
I’m wearing Maybelline Colorama Nail paint in Coral Chic, its a gorgeous pink coral shade with fine shimmer, MUST–HAVE for the perfect spring nails! [review coming up soon]
I also picked up sets of these really cute and dainty earrings from Ginger (from Lifestyle). I’m wearing the Stiletto + Bow ones in this post! Its really hard to pick a favorite but I love the kitty ones, so unique!
