Sometimes, a touch of brightening eye shadow is all you need to lift up any look. My latest discovery of vibrant uplifting eye shadow is Inglot AMC 60 eye shadow which is warm yellow . I’ve worn in some of recent looks and I love how it adds a glow to my eyes!
Price : Rs 300 for 2.7 g
The texture of this eye shadow is soft and smooth. The shade has some very fine and sparsely distributed gold shimmer but it feels like a matte shade texture-wise. It is well pigmented and one gets good color with a single swipe of the brush. It sheers out a little while blending but the intensity can be restored by patting a little more of the eye shadow. There is barely any fall out and the texture is not so soft that it crumbles on applying a little extra brush pressure. Like most Inglot eye shadows, the staying power on my oily lids is around 4-5 hours without primer and 9-10 hours with primer.
As far as overall formula quality goes, it is an excellent eye shadow.
The shade AMC 50 :
I had wanted a yellow eye shadow since a long time and I could never find any except in Maxfactor(whose texture I did not like much). Discovering Inglot freedom system eye shadows has been such a blessing as I no longer need to hunt for eye shadow shades, this brand has every shade in every finish you could want! I ordered this shade online after looking at some online swatches and its turned out to be such a fantastic yellow! Its a warm yellow (with fine gold shimmer) which is bright enough to add vibrancy but not so bright that it clashes with medium/dusky skin tones. The gold shimmer is very fine and not densely packed which makes it appear like a matte eye shadow especially texture-wise. There are of course infinite ways to use an eye shadow but my favorite ways to wear it either as liner or for highlighting inner corner. I have a few more ideas about using this eye shadow which I will be experimenting with in my coming looks!
If you’re looking for a yellow/bright eye shadow, I’d highly recommend this one! It is very simple to use and goes beautifully with Indian skin tones.
The shade is warmer than how it photographed in the swatch. The EOTDs give a more accurate idea of the shade –

If you’ve been looking for a yellow eye shadow, you search ends with Inglot AMC 60 eye shadow. Its a lovely warm yellow that brightens up the eyes and has an excellent formula. The texture is soft, smooth and not too dry/chalky, the pigmentation is great and it stays well too. Oily lids like mine will need a primer to prevent creasing after 4-5 hours of wear though. It is easily available online at a reasonable price.
