I’ve been often asked by readers to give suggestions for Soft and subtle pinks for everyday college wear. Here’s a list of my current favorite pink lip colors that I wear for college.
I’m not a huge fan of nudes unless I’m wearing a smokey eye and since I wear only liner/mascara for college, I stick to slightly more pigmented lip colors to brighten up the look - soft rosy/berry pinks are my favorites!

This is cool toned rosy pink with a hint of mauve. It looks warmer on the lips and a sheer wash gives a very natural pink to the lips.

This is a gorgeous true rose tint that gives the soft natural rosy flush to the lips and cheeks! Its too bad its not available in India. Its perfect for everyday wear and gives a very natural no-makeup glow to the face.

3. Avon smooth minerals lip gloss – Rose Garnet (Reviewed HERE)
This is one of my most used lip glosses ever. The shade is really subtle but not nude which gives just the right amount of color. The gloss is quite moisturizing and I keep this one permanently in my handbag! The warm pink will suit most complexions and age groups! Highly recommended!

4. Maxfactor lipfinity lip tint – Berry Burst (Reviewed HERE)
This is gorgeous berry lip stain which can be quite intense if layered. I like to wear it lightly topped with a sheer gloss for extra hydration. The great thing about lip stains/tints is that they sink into the lips and don’t sit on top of them like other lip products do giving a naturally tinted appearance to the lips. I really like this one too!

Lastly, 5. Maybelline Colorsensational lip gloss – Plumtastic
This is a muted earthy plummy pink. It has a bit of brown, a bit of plum and a bit of pink and another gloss which I reach out for A LOT! The shimmer is understated and the formula is quite moisturizing. It lightly stains the lips and stays on for quite a while. Its the kind of shade that’ll suit all skin tones! Its quite affordable and easily available too, highly recommended!
